2 oz silver tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz triple sec
1 teaspoon agave nectar (optional)
Salt (for rimming the glass)
Lime wedges (for garnish)
Ice cubes

Ice cubes
Rim the glass with salt by running a lime wedge along the rim and dipping it in salt.
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Add tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and agave nectar (if desired) to the shaker.
